Our Christmas Eve Menu
This year marks the first time we are hosting Christmas Eve! The house is finally liveable enough to house everyone comfortably and I can’t wait to cook for my family. I thought I’d share our menu with you all, in case you need a little last minute inspiration.
Main Course: Marinated Flank Steak recipe from Saveur.com. My family makes this every Christmas Eve, so of course I wanted to keep up the tradition.
Meyer Lemon Risotto by eye-swoon.com. Because steak and risotto are a match made in heaven.
Red Coconut Curry Soup by 101cookbooks.com. To warm everyone up. It’s really icy outside today.
And finally….Chocolate Wafer Icebox Stacks by kitchn.com. My grandmother made a cookie almost identical to this one for decades. We haven’t had them since she passed over 10 years ago. I hope they bring back happy memories.
