Much to my loved ones dismay, I am a chronic user of the repeat button. So when I lost a bet that resulted in the surrender of my laptop and the contents of my “most played” iTunes tracks, not only was the severity of my condition was revealed, I was totally outed. To all those closeted pop-enthusiasts, they’re on to us.
The lost bet inspired this playlist. I’ve included a mix of my recent obsessions, along with some lifelong favorites. I can’t tell you the number of times “A salior said ‘BRANDY! You’re A FINE GIRL! SUCH A FINE GGIIIIRRRLLLL!’” has come out of my mouth.
While many of the tracks making the “most played” list are ones I’ve shared with you, there were some really funny ones that didn’t quite make for a well rounded playlist. So for transparency’s sake, I’ve included a few that didn’t make the cut at the bottom of the post. If they offend you, sorry I’m not sorry. If you like them, we’re probably be friends but don’t know it yet.
