Hairspiration: Resolutions for 2012

In 2012, I will:

1. Learn to love my natural texture
2. Primp & curl when time allows
3. Wear a hat when all else fails
4. Break free from the top knot
5. Rock a messy braid
6. Add some hardware to my pony
7. Try out a new flirty style

i too am addicted to the knot top. my husband calls it “bad hair cut.” as in “honey, are you going to wear bad hair cut again today?” It’s a problem.

    Such a great idea!

I want to become skilled at the more complicated french braiding techniques. I watched Tanner Hall the other night and Rooney Mara’s hair is so pretty.

I tried this look this morning but took it out before going to work because it was, um …unsuccessful.

This is a good post, Kate! I’ve been thinking about my hair more lately, especially with the new year coming in!
My very favourite and what I need to do this year is:
#1. I’ve got curly hair but always straighten it more. But I love the effortless look. So I’d like to go for that more.
