Lady In Red

Fashion & Style

Friday, Feb 5th is National Wear Red Day. Despite being healthy and in good shape, heart disease has touched the women in my family. And given the statics, your mother, mother’s mother, and mother’s mother’s mother may have experienced it as well. So in the spirit of remembrance and taking good care of ourselves, here are a couple ways to play up your inner “lady in red” on Friday.

And, if you’d like to help spread the word, here are some ways for you to participate:

  1. Wear Red to show your support for saving women’s lives
  2. Show us how you Go Red on your social media profiles using #GoRed
  3. Donate to help raise funds for awareness and research

What a lovely message Kate! I’m a high school teacher and we are currently talking about heart disease and i’m stressing the importance of taking care of ones self because adult-hood sneaks up on you and your health is so so important.

    Loving you posting more!
