A recovering perfectionist herself, Dr. Anna Roth went to a lot of school in hot pursuit of worthiness. In nearly a decade of higher education Dr. Anna got her psychology MA and PhD from the University of Minnesota, studied Tibetan medicine, yoga, and Ayurveda in India, trained in multiple body-based healing modalities, and mentored under some of the nations thought leaders in integrative mental health. She studied all of the things that could be wrong with us, to help us see that nothing is. Above all, she helps people make *themselves* a home.

Currently, Dr. Anna runs a virtual therapy and coaching practice, teaches online courses, and writes on IG @drannaroth. When she isn’t deep diving with her clients, you can find her exploring a new hiking trail, learning how to cook poorly, or tending to her flourishing plant obsession.
