7 Healthy Household Must-Haves I Found on Amazon

Health & Wellness

Decluttering is all too familiar to me lately, having just moved from a one bedroom apartment to an entire house. While moving is a beast, it’s the perfect opportunity to assess, refine, and reinvest in the items that matter most to you. As a beauty and household product enthusiast, I am always on the hunt for the best products that work well—and ones I can feel good about putting on my skin or sprinkled around my house. So I embraced my recent move as an opportunity to toss out the old and expired and embrace some new and improved items that have proved to make living in a home healthier, simpler, and just downright better on the whole.

And the best part? Most of the items take only 2 days to arrive at your doorstep, and are all under $50. Below I’ve rounded them up—all 7 of my Amazon favorites—for you other ladies also in the pursuit of the very best in healthier living.

1. hOmeLabs 3-in-1 Compact Ionic HEPA Air Purifier

The product description touts this item’s many benefits: Quietly ionizes and purifies air to reduce odor and allergies from mold, smoke, dust, pollen and pet dander. And this thing does not disappoint. I started firing it up in my bedroom before going to sleep and, within a week, I noticed I’d been sleeping more soundly and breathing more clearly at night. I first purchased this while still in my apartment—the perfect environment for it, as you’re literally sharing an entire building and common areas with a lot of other people, pets, etc. Best of all, this purifier is quiet, compact, and offers a dim blue light that I find to be calming to sleep next to—perfect for bedrooms or other small spaces like a home office.

2. Mario Badescu Spritz Mist and Glow Facial Spray Collection, 3 Piece Set – Lavender, Cucumber, Rose

I’m forever grateful to my co-worker Liz for recommending a facial spritz for a little pick-me-up during the day. What a game changer! Whether I’m hours into a day of work at the office, in the middle of a travel day with too much car time, on an airplane, or at a bus stop, these facial sprays are a saving grace for my skin and well-being. I consider them a super affordable instant refresher that deserves a spot in every woman’s day or travel bag. Best of all, they are compact and last a long time. They also come in 3 lovely scents, all containing botanical benefits your skin will drink up—from Green Tea and Cucumber (my favorite go-to to perk up skin during the day while on the go) to Lavender or Rosewater, which are more soothing options for the evening when you’re winding down. Go ahead, get your spray on!

3. Earth Therapeutics Tea Tree Oil Foot Spray
Starting at $8

With spring and summer upon us in Minnesota, this spray is a must addition to your beauty bag. Spritz on bare feet before a long day in your kicks or before you hit the pool or beach. This spray is super refreshing, deodorizing, and antibacterial, thanks to the antibacterial properties of tea tree oil—it’s essentially a foot’s best friend. Lightweight and utterly invigorating, it’s the perfect size for home and travel.

4. BALORAY Insulated Lunch Bag Tote Bag

Because you need a place to store all that yummy and healthy food you’ve prepared for the week. Classically cute and perfectly functional, this lightweight bag is the perfect size for a day’s worth of lunch and snacks or a picnic afternoon out for two.

5. Puracy Natural Liquid Hand Soap (4 pack)
Starting at $20

This plant-based soap is great for kitchens, bathrooms, guest rooms—any room that needs a little freshening up. Perfect for the busy gal or mom, the 4-pack ensure you’ll always have a backup on hand. Whether you use the original container and pump or put in your own dispenser, the subtle Lavender and Vanilla scented soap is fortified with Vitamin E and Aloe Vera to cleanse and moisturize while leaving skin feeling balanced and nourished.

6. KROSER Travel Laptop Backpack

Stylish and practical, this backpack is a girl’s best friend. It easily fits a 15” laptop, plus plenty of other stuff—a workout outfit, your phone, your wallet, and a charger or two. Plus, there’s a built-in USB port—clearly, this bag did its homework to check all the right boxes for life on the go. It sits up nicely and the zippers offer a cute pop of gold, too. Best of all, it’s easy on the back with easy to adjust straps. With this on your back, you’ll be ready, set, go girl!

7. Wine Away Red Wine Stain Remover

Last but certainly not least—a super affordable and effective wine stain remover. Because accidents happen. I have always been turned off by spraying something toxic on my carpet to remove stains, then knowing it’s just sitting there, soaking in. This version—made with fruit and vegetable extracts, is readily biodegradable and nontoxic. It has a fresh citrus scent, and works just as well as the harsh stuff. It helps me feel a lot better when accidents meet my floor. Plus, it’s pet-friendly too!

Please do not promote Amazon- a horrifically unethical company that treats their employees extremely poorly, contributes to massive waste and consumerism, invades and takes advantage of people’s privacy, and is a dangerous threat to society. This “article” makes me lose much respect for the integrity and content of this site. Shop small.
