Even though I hate to admit it, I went the first X years of my life freely using whatever household products I pleased. In hindsight, I think I trusted that if the contents of our supplies were harmful, thousands of people wouldn’t continue to buy and use them in their homes every day. To my own dismay, I’ve learned this is unfortunately not the case.

Since then, I’ve committed to becoming more aware of the ingredients found in the products we use to clean (not poison) our homes. I’ve been in a similar journey and love and support so many of these product lines! With that said, I’m also on a mission to spread the word that Mrs. Meyers is NOT non-toxic! I swear they make it on every single one of these “natural cleaning products” lists/posts, probably because they advertise through lifestyle influencers quite a bit, but their products are sadly chock-full of toxic fragrance chemicals. If you haven’t yet read up on the “fragrance loophole” yet, i’d encourage you to do so. It means that products like these can have all kinds of nasty (even banned)… Read more »
