We are all creatures of habit. This is evident to me now more than ever, with my once perfected daily routine now thrown out the window.
For someone who is a classic Type B personality, I’ve tried everything to keep myself on track. Name a productivity hack and I’ve attempted it. A workflow platform? I’ve subscribed to it. I’ll get into a rhythm, and once my focus on said habit has waned, a shiny new one will take its place until it’s faded into yet another lost attempt to improve my situation.
I’m obsessed with productivity and working smarter, not harder. In my research to discover how to get more done in less time, I came across Atomic Habits by James Clear. In it, I learned that beginning a new habit is less about the willpower or focus you muster and more about the systems and rituals you set up that help eliminate your odds of failure. If you want to floss more, simply keep the floss right next to your toothpaste. Just the visual act of seeing the package can make all the difference in sticking to a pretty impactful health habit.
After reading Atomic Habits, I had a eureka moment and decided to apply the ritual of “see it, do it” to where I was lacking in my various habits. I started out by keeping my bottles in plain sight in the kitchen, so I couldn’t leave the house without noticing them. And guess what? It worked.
Once I got that habit down, I wanted to incorporate more healthy habits. I do what I can to eat well and practice self-care, and the next habit I wanted to introduce was taking a daily multivitamin. This is how I came across Ritual.
Ritual is a clinical-backed, scientist and nutritionist formulated multivitamin. It’s vegan-friendly, non-GMO, and gluten and allergen-free.
I’ve been using Ritual for two months now, almost long enough to call it a habit. I love that Ritual provides key nutrients to help fill gaps in my nutrition. I’m getting key vitamins and minerals and I’m proud to say that I now remember to take my multivitamins daily.
And if I’m being honest, this product was made for display. It looks beautiful sitting out on your counter and it’s impossible to forget to refill. I love that it is shipped to your doorstep every month so you are never running low.

Thank you for being here. For being open to enjoying life’s simple pleasures and looking inward to understand yourself, your neighbors, and your fellow humans! I’m looking forward to chatting with you.
I do not mind sponsored posts and sometimes find them useful, but this one was rather lacking. You offered no real tips other than that we should buy this vitamin. I am disappointed as a reader, and if I were Ritual, I would be disappointed as a sponsor. Truly, a bit more in your article next time would be welcomed.
Hi Stacey! Thank you for sharing your feedback. I always value hearing input from readers, and we’ll take this into consideration going forward. Take care!
