Everyone is talking about practicing self-care these days—taking baths, reading books, practicing meditation, and all the other lovely ways to take care of yourself. Self-care can appear in many ways, and taking a multivitamin is just one small act that you can practice regularly with little effort. What acts of self-care are you practicing right now?
