I brought this with me on a stressful trip recently and it really helped provide relief! Check it out if you are interested in aromatherapy and/or are seeking relief for premenstrual symptoms. It is easy to take on the go or keep next to your bed.

Mason Pearson Junior Hair Brush
$195This brush has been on my “want” list for almost a decade. Since I’m washing my hair less these days and working out a little more, I’ve found it to be super beneficial in distributing dry shampoo throughout my hair and, ultimately, helping me get the most out of the product. It also helps distribute any oil from my scalp down to the parts of my hair that need the moisture. This is, admittedly, an investment purchase, and I did ask my hairdresser if it was worth it before buying. Her response? “ABSOLUTELY.”

Molly J. CBD Gumdrops
$15-$120I always approach trying a new CBD product with skepticism because I find the quality to be broad, the taste and texture to not always be appealing. Molly J., however, BLEW MY MIND. From the thoughtfulness of their educational tools to the effectiveness of the product to the gorgeous presentation, I savored every single last gummy from the box I was gifted and felt sad when the experience was over. 10/10 would recommend.

The Nue Co. Forest Lungs Fragrance
$95It smells like stepping into the Pacific Northwest in the most refreshing way. That characteristic is something particularly special when you’re stuck in an everlasting winter in the middle of the country. Joe keeps stealing it from my dresser to wear himself.

Microneedling Tool
$89This microneedling tool is, in my experience, worth the expense. The needles stay sharp longer and cover a wider surface of the skin. I use it right before my treatment serums.
If you’re curious to learn more about microneedling, I’d recommend consulting with an esthetician or dermatologist before trying it for yourself.
