Wit & Delight for Target: Launch Party!

Good food. Good people. Good times. This Tuesday, we celebrated the launch of Wit & Delight for Target with close friends and family at 514 Studios, here in Minneapolis, MN. I was really excited to share a little peek at the collection, which will be in stores and on line this Sunday, September 14!

The space was designed to feature products from the collection– highlighting the growlers (shown here as vases), tea light candles, tea towels, beer buckets, and our cork coasters (which Jackie of Munster Rose used to create an incredible succulent wall piece!)

Our beer list included a number of local craft brews (naturally), and we selected favorites from Indeed, Surly, Fulton, Lift Bridge, Lucid Brewing, Burning Brothers, and Crispin.

We used platters of cheese and fruit for our center pieces. They were so pretty, guests avoided being the first to cut into them!

But the food! It was SO GOOD! We designed a menu that played off traditional bar food, bringing a twist to burgers, quesadillas, cuban sandwiches, and fried walleye…

…and there was even a pie bar!

We Are The Willows played an amazing set throughout the night while friends enjoyed drinks and bites.

The party favor was a “grower to go”, fitted with two pilsner glasses, a grower, tea towel, pencils and tasting notebook.

A huge thanks to the team that put on an incredible event! It was a dream come true. I hope you have a chance to check out the collection at Target.com or at a store near you. (And YES, we will be in Target Canada stores!)

And, if you’re curious, here’s a Q&A featuring my products from the collection!
