Denim is one of the only staples that you can wear all year long. And although, things are finally heating up in Minnesota there are still so many opportunities to wear jeans! The W&D team and I recently put together seven of our favorite must-have pieces that should be included in every wardrobe, catch all our top picks below. We would love to hear – what is your absolute favorite denim item or brand that you own or would love to add to your collection?
The classic denim pant and jean jacket is not too tight or loose, but fits just right. I really love an old pair of Levi’s and I tend to find all my best classic jeans and jean jackets while thrifting.
Sometimes it’s fun to branch out a bit in the denim department. I do this with fun color accents and pretty embroidery patterns.
Whether you rock black skinny jeans with ripped knees or fitted jeans with funky patches, it’s fun to pair your favorite edgy jeans with some stylish yet feminine combat boots or with your go-to sneakers.
Bell-bottoms are back in a serious way. And I can’t help but want to join in on the fun and feel a little retro too. Everyone should add a vintage throwback pair to their collection.
Having a casual Sunday brunch out with family or friends or just running errands? I love to toss on my favorite pair of boyfriend jeans with a simple white or black top.
White jeans are a must-have! To be honest I have like 4 pairs but who doesn’t love a white jean or pair of white sailor pants any time of year?!

Thank you for being here. For being open to enjoying life’s simple pleasures and looking inward to understand yourself, your neighbors, and your fellow humans! I’m looking forward to chatting with you.
It’s been so long since I’ve seen bootcut or bell bottom jeans! I forgot how much I like them and how slimming they are. I now have a mental image of myself in slimming bell bottoms and some sort of heeled shoe, sort of sashaying down a city street. I just got the JCrew toothpick jeans and feel like my world has been rocked. I can eat a full dinner and still feel fine. #worthit
OMG I LOVE Bell bottom jeans – I think I need to go get a pair! They’re so fun and chic!

I feel like I’m often in the minority here – but I hate denim. I absolutely can’t stand the way it feels against my skin or how structured and restricting it is when worn on my top half. I think I own two pairs of jeans and I rarely wear them. >_<
