Let the official holiday shopping season begin!

I’m sharing a curated guide of a few of the brands and specific products our team has our eye on this Black Friday, and all weekend long. But first, a few important reminders before you begin your perusing.

I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again: You very well may not be looking to buy a single thing this weekend! That’s great. Trust your instincts and if you’re only giving in to the sale-infused frenzy to buy something you’ll regret later, don’t do it. We’re sharing this list of sales in case you are looking to do a bit of shopping and want some ideas for where to start, but there’s no pressure to buy anything at all. Also, remember your local businesses this holiday season! While they might not offer the deals or discounts of the larger retailers, they are an important part of your community and it’s MORE than worth supporting them. (You can find more info about 23 of my favorite local retailers here!)

Long story short? Check in with yourself before you go to check out. Get the things that feel right and leave the rest behind. And might I suggest making a list (if you don’t yet have one) of things you’ve ALREADY had your eye on these past few weeks and months, so when it comes time to purchase something, more often than not it’s an item you were already planning on buying anyway. That, my friends, is an intentional way to go about shopping, not only this weekend but also whenever sales pop up all year long.
