** THIS GIVEAWAY IS NOW CLOSED **
Ed. note: This post was sponsored by Tappan. While product was received in exchange for coverage, all thoughts and opinions are always my own. Sponsored posts like these allow for development of additional dynamic content to be produced, unsponsored. Thank you for supporting our partners!

With a significant renovation often comes the opportunity to revisit decor elements. We put off selecting artwork until we knew how the house would flow post-reno, and in hindsight I’m really glad we practiced some patience with the process. Joe and I had a challenging time with selecting the perfect piece and realized that we couldn’t go at it alone. We’re really grateful for our partnership with the amazing team at Tappan to help us select art for the new space.

Now that we’ve been living in the space for a few months now, I’m finding myself thinking about the art in the rest of the house. Classic renovation/update problem: you paint the room, but now the chair looks shabby. New chair, but it no longer goes with the rug. Remove the rug and embrace wood floors, but you notice scratches. And so on and so on.

While I’m not quite ready to replace the remaining art (I’ve got bigger fish to fry), there are a few pieces from Tappan that I have my eye on when things settle down here.

Tappan-Selects

They say gifting is better than receiving and this is giveaway is definitely one of those cases. So today I’m very excited to get to play Oprah, if only for a moment (you get a car!), and announce that I am partnering with Tappan on an incredibly generous giveaway of a $1000 gift card in credit to curate your very own art collection at Tappan. Gifting a reader the opportunity to take something truly unique and special for their home is extra special.

Please visit the page here to enter the giveaway and for a list of all rules and exclusions for this partnership.

And, keep an eye out for a post later this month with an overview of how to curate your own art collection! We’ve been hard at work collecting pieces all over the internet.
